Job Purpose:
1. F&B marketing / Marketing of cinema concessionaire & related food business
2. Cinema & concessions branding
3. New product launch, offers & promotions
4. Menu Board & Food Packaging
Key Responsibilities:
1. Food Marketing:
a. Creating and reviewing the F&B marketing calendar in consultation with the F&B department
b. Suggest innovative promotions to increase awareness and drive incidence of sale
c. Devise dynamic & relevant promotions to encash on special days, upcoming movies & events
d. Track performance numbers for every promotion and take measures to ensure good ROI
e. Have conversations with the Regional Food Managers to understand the challenges faced at the cinema level and provide effective marketing tools and solutions to overcome them.
f. Coordinate with external agencies for campaign development, food shoot etc
g. Ideate promotions across all media platforms for effective campaign reach
h. Manage 360 degree launch of new F&B product & offers
2. Cinema Branding
a. Ensure effective & update cinema F&B branding
b. Ensure concessions & digital branding is updated with latest promotions & products
c. Manage F&B initiatives & set up in new cinema launches
3. Ensure menu board design and presentation structure aids food discovery
4. Coordinate with IT, Operations and Other departments to execute communication across platforms
5. Vendor development & Cost efficiency
6. Reporting
a. Monthly MIS
b. Consumer Research, Insight and Competition mapping
Job Competence (Skills):
1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
2. Knowledge of market research practices and techniques
3. Experience of all aspects on marketing, creative development & design
4. Experience in analysing data
5. Proficient computer skills
6. Knowledge of social media platforms along with traditional media
7. Experience running large scale projects with cross functional teams
8. Able to excel in high-pressure situations.
9. Experience of QSR, Food Industry is Must
