Job Purpose :
Lead Compensation and Benefits is to oversee and administer the employees rewards and smart benefits across the Location for India.Drive the initiatives in the C&B Area.
Key result Areas :
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to our company s strategy and business goals.
- Define, Develop, implement Compensation policies in line with work culture and organizational objectives and make sure that the Policies are similar across locations updating the same from time to time.
- Develop Compensation policies, processes for various levels of employees (Bands).
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislations (Law of the land).
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices on Benefits.
- Administer, direct, and review employee benefit programs.
- Assess employee s needs by conducting organizational surveys, external surveys, using vendor reports to find out what motivates and engages employees.
- Training, assisting Business Leaders in understating and implementing C&B policies.
- Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics for C&B function.
- Conducting Help Desks for employees on Compensation and benefits related queries.
- Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics for C&B function.
- Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and HR policies.
- Handling Payroll process and related to remittances in collaboration with payroll team.
- Prepare MIS Reports and submit to leadership to support decisions policies and practices-Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices
- Preparation of C&B and HR operations budgets.
- Conduct/Attending periodic audits to see organization is compliant to statutes
