General Manager Sales
Job Purpose: To drive teams & ad sales revenue for defined vertical & set of clients given under defined Territory.
Revenue Generation:- Accomplish responsibility for the Ad sales - Generating revenue for the company through cinema as an advertising medium
- Spearheading team members & responsible for achieving the targets allotted by working alongside with the team
- Overall responsible for developing a high-quality client base by building strong relationships with key resources and maintaining a balance between marketing initiatives, product profitability and cost to serve
Team Management:- Handling team members and looking after day to day sales function
- Working alongside with team to ensure existing accounts are serviced and also to get new clients on board and also to ensure that targets are being met by each team member
- Prepare strategy based on competition mapping and market update and strengthen relationships in the market with the support of team member
Business Strategy:- Make sales strategy and to think new ideas which can help to bring in additional revenues
- Identifies and communicates upsell opportunities by portfolio to the team and to the clients.
Client Management:- Maintain key relationships at local accounts and agencies as well as national accounts and agencies.
- Managing, mentoring the time team
- New Client/Agency Development.
- Competitor tracking
Collections:- Responsible for getting the payments from the clients and agencies on timely basis

Key Skill & Experience:- Have previous experience of handling large corporate clients
- Must have experience in Media & Entertainment, Digital, OTT, Radio, OOH Industry
- Have strong market knowledge
- Excellent presentation & communication skill
- Full time MBA/PGDM in Marketing
