- Primary responsibility of an Incumbent is delivering the right revenues; growth target, and achieve market share goal.
Below are the key responsibility:
- Driving current media sales revenue targets and achievement Year on Year growth.
- Develop new markets in assigned region.
- Long standing alliances with Radio to derive extra mileage for PVR branded events.
- Revamp a sales manual for the internal team as well as external clients & agencies.
- Implementing a media scheduling mechanism for efficient & transparent operations.
- Initiate monthly email dossier for decimating information to the business environment.
- Develop media sales website to spread more knowledge & awareness of cinema as a medium and its advantages.
- Lead a dedicated team of sales specialists to identify and engage client.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers. Expand company presence with priority client and agency accounts.
- Deliver Industry and client feedback as an expert to internal stakeholders tasked with developing new and innovative sales materials, media packages, and sponsorship program.
- Manage detailed revenue reporting and sales pipelines on a property and overall group level (in conjunction with company finance partner).
