The work location for this position is at Chennai and will be directly reporting to the Group Head - Realty.
Brief Job description:
- Plan and organize the activities of project.
- Manage Project delivery
- Reviewing budgetary information, interpreting financial data, monitoring expense reports, and performing cost-benefit analysis on internal programs.
- Contracts Management and Vendor Management
- Effectively manage decisions and follow through on all day-to-day aspects of the business
- Work closely with developers to provide direction for and oversight of business plans, budgets, forecasts, analysis and approvals
Other skills required:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Should have expert experience and knowledge in drafting project related non- legal documents and reports.
- Excellent planning and follow up skills.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, power point, outlook..etc
- Good knowledge of handling project life cycle.
- Knowledge of government contract management and Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
- Budget development and oversight experience
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view
