The work location for this position is at Hyderabad and will be directly reporting to the CMD.

The following is the brief on the responsibilities assigned for this role:

- Understand and developing strategy for the expansion for the group

- funding needs of the group for business growth and operations.

- Explore the Global financial markets and evolve best alternatives and structure to meet these needs.

- Mergers and Acquisitions, project finance and structural finance.

- Supporting investor relations, understanding and anticipating their inquiries, in order to address them proactively in the company’s disclosures, presentations and discussions. Clearly communicating the organisation’s business strategies and results

- Liaising with clients and lawyers during execution of transactions

- Liaising with other departments (e.g. tax) throughout transaction

- Assisting with preparation and delivery of pitch books and marketing presentations

- Relationship building with local intermediary market (banks, lawyers etc)

- Report writing (e.g. preparation of Information Memorandums, Business Plans)

- Financial modelling (e.g. cash flow/financing models)

- M&A analysis (e.g. identification of potential acquisition targets or buyers)

- Valuation support and analysis

- Researching, preparing and supporting presentations/sales pitches for new business

- Liaising with clients, funders and intermediaries during execution of transactions
