PV Diagnostics is a leading solar tech consultancy firm engaged in diagnostic, performance improvement, technical due diligences, and quality control solutions in India and abroad. In simple terms, doctors for solar power plants and provide solutions to maximize electricity generation from the plant.
Started in 2017, PV Diagnostics is a 5-year-old profitable company with marquee clients such as Acme, Adani, NTPC, Maha-Genco, L&T-S&L, India Grid Trust, Tata Power, Renew Power, KKR, Brookfield, Spring Energy, etc. The founding team comes from IIT Bombay and is backed by industry veterans with a cumulative experience of 50+ years in the solar industry. PVD has served 10+ GW of solar capacity across the world. PVD has an ace solar technology team and is now also building a cloud-based platform to enable proactive diagnostics and predictive maintenance.
About the role:
We are looking for a smart and energetic professional to lead and manage key client relationships with the aim to create and nurture long-term business relationships with customers. In this role, you'll work closely with the business development and operation department of PV Diagnostics to take charge of projects from business development team and manage the end-to-end client relationships afterward. You will be coordinating directly with the project and site teams of utility-scale Independent Power Producers, EPCs, Private Equity in India and abroad. You are also expected to coordinate closely with the PVD's operation/ technology team for smooth execution of project.
In this role, you should be able to maintain customized client progress reports for multiple clients and ensure the timely and accurate execution of all client deliverables. You should also be able to collaborate with BD team to ensure successful onboarding of new clients, manage project pipeline reports, key prospects and actively invest in our client's strategies.
What you'll do:
- Maintain existing and new clients' relationships and database.
- Keep a track on payment milestones, project expenses and adhere to the company process. Raise a flag to higher management on non-responsive clients.
- Schedule regular meetings, discussions, teleconferences with operation/ technology teams internally and externally with the clients to strengthen the relationships
- Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately and develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction.
- Close the feedback loop with client post completion of the project.
- Elevate complaints and feedback to the relevant departments and collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customer's needs.
Basic Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology. A master's degree would be a bonus.
- 1-5 years of professional work experience preferably in B2B client relationship and business development in professional services in the solar industry.
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
