Purus Capital Advisors (www.purus.in) is looking at hiring a candidate as Sr. Associate / AVP - Origination (Investment Banking) for its offices in Bangalore and Nagpur. (Preferably Females)

The firm helps Corporate and Private Equity clients in M&A, fundraising, financial advisory, research and investor relations services. The firm has a successful track record of serving clients and a team of strong professionals with a wide variety of experience and expertise in advising large, as well as small, clients on complex strategic decisions and transactions.

The company has deal sourcing agents in more than 15 cities across the country & aborad and candidate shall be responsible for maintaining/ developing the existing sourcing network and coordinate the activities thereto.

Job Description :

- Advising the Client on the optimal transaction structure to raise Finance.

- Sourcing deals across sectors for debt as well as equity and understanding the basic nuances of the proposal.

- Meeting clients and pitching services offered and initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.

- Identify and develop new streams for long term revenue growth and maintain relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.

- Utilize the public information and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.

- Contacting and developing new customers resulting in business growth.

Desired Profile :

- MBA (Specialization in Finance & Marketing) or Chartered Accountant

- Client Relationship Skills

- Strong Financial Acumen

- Detail oriented

- Investment Banking experience is a plus

- Entrepreneurial bent of mind

Salary Range: 6 - 10 LPA
