- Optimize on-site content for maximum visibility and ranking in the major search engines - Google. Yahoo, Bing etc

- Improve the SEO Performance by using techniques including but not exclusive to: Keyword Research, Copy Optimization, Article Marketing, site structure, URL re- writes, social media, blogging and link building

- Identify and implement innovative SEO strategies

- Test and track landing page optimization and other conversion strategies.

- Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals

- Optimize website including all sub-domains and sub-directories for organic listings including image, social, local/maps and video optimization.

- Promote both offsite and onsite activities and also the interactions that build ranking, profile and traffic

- Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments

- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.

- Staying on top of current search engine news, trends, SEO practices, and emerging items of interest

- Prepare weekly performance report to be presented to the management team.

Desired Skills :

- 4 + years of online marketing experience and an excellent track record in search engine optimization role.

- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies

- A passion for emerging platforms and good knowledge of effective SEO strategies and techniques.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, (ASP/.NET a bonus) and site optimisation is expected.

- Being SELF-DRIVEN is a BIG Plus!

- Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail

- Innovative and creative, with a concise, precise and effective approach to problem solving

- Ability to interpret information, news, data and research quickly
