Roles & Responsibilities:

- Envision & prioritize product feature (Mobile) requirements based on business needs and operational dependencies.

- This would need exposure to:

a) software development lifecycle

b) analysis/understanding of business / operational processes.

- Demonstrate skills in developing business proposals, options and recommendations based on data and analysis.

- Prior experience in analysis which cuts across customer needs, business processes & metrics to identify improvement areas through process changes in operations and by rollout of new software features would be necessary.

- Experience in driving projects end to end by planning, effective written and oral communication, project tracking and by effective stakeholder management.

Desired Skills:

- Prior experience in the capacity of a Product/program manager/business analyst/software engineer would be a key requirement.

- Ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution.

- Should be equally comfortable with long term planning and day to day progress tracking and execution. Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast paced environment.

- Experience in Ecommerce/Hi-tech/Retail industry or management consulting with focus on one of these industries Background in analysis of large volume of data to drive analysis and to make decisions.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Qualification: MBA

Work Experience: 2 to 4 yrs

CTC bracket : 10 to 12 L
