Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own technical hiring for internal product team - Bulk and Lateral
- Execution of recruiting strategies to fill open positions and build a pipeline of candidates relevant to the business
- Using a mix of hiring sources like job boards, employee referrals, internal transfers and agencies for faster closure
- Screening new applications to find suitable candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates for and scheduling interviews
- Salary negotiations and follow-up on joining documentation
- Ensuring a good candidate experience and engaging candidates until onboarding
- Vendor identification and management as required
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in other initiatives as and when required
Desired candidate:
- 3-5 years of work experience in hiring for technical roles in product-based organizations
- Experience in TA Projects like ATS implementation. employer branding and/or campus hiring would be an added advantage
- Agility in sourcing, screening and overall hiring process
- Networking and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic to working in a fast-paced environment
