Job Role :

- Driving the concept of Sales Forecasting through regular Forecast alignment meeting with Sales & Marketing Team.

- Develop forecast for short term (0-3 months), middle term (3-12 months) and long term for capacity planning (12-36 months).

- Prepare monthly/weekly plan & finalizing the production plan-based to meet the Stocks Week cover in the market.

- Communicating Long/Short term supply plan to Material planners to ensure RPM availability at the Factory.

- Leading End to End Innovations (NPD) process for Skin, Hair & Body products.

- Responsible for the network planning of New Product Development and coordinating with cross functional teams to adhere to the launch window of different categories having 100 -150 Sku's in a month.

- Responsible for KPIs like customer service levels, Inventory Management, Rolling Production Plan adherence

What you should have? :

- 3-6 years experience in supply chain planning and forecasting in Consumer Goods industry
