- Lead, Motivate & develop team to meet & exceed deliverables and ensure team meets the deliverables.
- Develops and leads a team which is responsive to dynamic organizational and operational changes.
- Ensures expectations on SLA's/ Checklists/ Daily reports and monthly reports are adhered to
- Allocating tasks to staff and make sure work is completed on time.
- Ensuring the performance of the staff is of a high standard.
- Complete assignments as per defined timelines.
- Take ownership of team operations, provide supervision, support the team and delegate work based on the skill set of each individual team member.
- Organizing workflow in order to satisfy customer needs and production requirements in a cost-efficient manner.
- Implementation of best practices, SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participating in disciplinary process and corrective actions of direct reports if necessary.
- Be Proactive in identifying potential issues/concerns or threats and implement controls to sustain operations.
- Discussing and resolving problems and Motivate employees to maximize output.
- Gather requirements, prioritize, and develop automated s reports/dashboards and analytics to enable business decisions and identify trends.
- Responsible for staff retention within the team
- To identify training / coaching needs of the team members and provide the same to the Manager
- Accountable for smooth flow of operations.
- Develops periodic goals, organizes the work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of the work.
Qualifications :
- Looking for someone with a solid educational background (IITs/IIMs/B-Schools etc), and at least 2 years of work experience in roles where you have demonstrated responsibility and independence in thought.
- Must have previous Team lead Experience in IT/Digital Marketing/Travel Industry
- Able to manage a team of 15-20 independently
- Strong people management, excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- High level of problem solving, leadership and decision making skills.
- Ability to engage in multiple assignments concurrently and complete them error free
