PureSoftare - Associate Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting- Standalone and Consolidation as per GAAP/Ind AS- Monthly & Qtrly & Annually.

- Deep understanding of Ind AS Particularly- Hedge Accounting/Lease/Revenue Recognition.

- Work Closely with Internal and Statutory Auditors in timely completion of Audit.

- Complete review of Books of Accounts including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

- Review compliance with all financial regulations, including filling of tax returns.

- Stay up to date on relevant tax laws and regulations.

- Well versed with Direct and Indirect Tax Laws.

- Ensure timely and accurately Month end closing activities.

- Identify and implement strategies to improve financial performance.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

- Team Leader and ability to meet tight deadlines.

- Proficient in accounting software- Office D365
