Exp: 7-10 years

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or technology (MBA with engg background will be preferred)

- 7 - 10 years of experience in software industry

- Proven Experience in FinTech

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- Must have worked as product lead for atleast 3 years.

- Product Manager is a product team lead, responsible for product strategy and implementation

- The role will work closely with Business, Technology and Operations teams to define the solution to the business problems

- Interact with stakeholders to define business requirements and document them.

- Create product manuals and responses to RFPs

- Generate new ideas for product enhancements

Experience

- Should have worked on development and implementation of Payment systems i.e. Mobile Banking, Wallets, Internet Banking, Bill Payments, Top-up systems etc.

- Should have experience in identifying the requirements of stakeholders and writing BRDs, responses to RFP and product manuals.

- Act as a coach and mentor
