Position Overview:


PureCode AI is seeking an experienced and creative Email Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing efforts, with a focus on creating and optimizing drip campaigns that engage and convert users across their lifecycle. Position Location: Bangalore, India (exclusively in-person work)


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Creation and Management:


- Develop and execute drip campaigns for various user segments (e.g., trial users, paid users, and re-engagement audiences).


- Write compelling email content and design engaging email templates that align with our brand voice and aesthetic.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns support broader marketing and product goals.


Performance Tracking and Optimization:


- Closely monitor email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates, to assess effectiveness.


- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, email copy, CTAs, and design elements to continuously improve campaign performance.


- Analyze user behavior and campaign results to refine segmentation, targeting, and content strategies.


Tool and Platform Management:


- Build and manage email workflows and automations using MailerLite or similar email marketing platforms.


- Ensure all campaigns are executed on time and with precision, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.


Content Development and Strategy:


- Collaborate on the development of the email marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches, promotions, and user engagement initiatives.


- Create personalized, user-centric content that enhances the customer experience and drives action.


Compliance and Best Practices:


- Ensure all email campaigns adhere to email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).


- Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices to keep campaigns fresh and effective.


Qualifications:


- 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, including content creation and campaign management.


- Proven track record of building and optimizing drip campaigns for user engagement and retention.


- Proficiency with MailerLite or similar email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).


- Strong ability to design and build visually appealing and responsive email templates.


- Expertise in analyzing email performance metrics and using data to drive improvements.


- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.


- Excellent writing and communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling, action-oriented content.


- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.


- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.


- Bonus: Experience working in B2C SaaS or product-driven growth environments.
