Our MNC IT Client is Hiring Purchase-to-pay Innovation & Transformation Lead

Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive P2P innovation & transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.
- Establish and articulate a clear strategic vision for P2P products and solutions.
Product Ownership:
- Serve as the global business owner lead for Ariba P2P, Guided Buying, SAP Fieldglass, Ariba Business Network, SAP 4 Hana, Celonis, and True Supplier Marketplace.
- Drive the product roadmap, feature enhancements, and strategic direction for each solution.
- Develop 'Total Value' business case & Impact assessment of 'Future State': Assess all the opportunities to define priority for implementation and approve changes/deviations & improvement.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of 20+ FTEs, including product business owners and solution architects.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
Innovation and Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement innovative technologies, methodologies, tools, and products to streamline P2P processes.
- Analyze existing P2P processes to identify areas for improvement, driving initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
- Lead the deployment of Celonis process mining and delivery execution tool, prioritizing use cases and driving adoption.
- Set annual targets on key KPIs/metrics for delivery teams across P2P, working in collaboration with delivery, other P+ teams, using best practices, benchmarking, and ongoing initiatives.
End-to-End Process Design:
- Design and oversee the implementation of end-to-end P2P processes to ensure seamless operations.
- Define guidelines, process enhancements, and targets for continuous improvement.
Governance and Compliance:
- Lead governance efforts related to changes in tools and solutions, collaborating with vendors, CIO, finance, MU/market, GCD, and functional delivery teams.
- Ensure P2P processes adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining high standards of compliance and governance.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Change Management:
- Work closely with procurement, finance, IT, and other key stakeholders to ensure integrated and cohesive P2P operations.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies across the organization.
Performance Monitoring and Training:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of P2P transformation initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to P2P teams on new processes, tools, and technologies to build capabilities and support ongoing improvement efforts.
Challenging the Status Quo:
- Propose and implement innovative concepts to challenge existing processes and drive improvements.
- Actively seek and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance P2P solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Procurement and 5 years of relevant experience
Functional and Process Knowledge:
- Proven experience in P2P process management and transformation, with a focus on leading multiple products.
- Deep understanding of procure-to-pay processes.
- Expertise in leveraging innovative technologies, tools, and products for process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of both product functionality and P2P processes.
- Ability to align product features with procurement best practices and operational requirements.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead change management efforts and drive stakeholder engagement.
Analytical and Compliance Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to establish and monitor KPIs.
- Knowledge of compliance and governance requirements in P2P processes.
Team Leadership:
- Demonstrated experience in managing an equivalent team size, including product business owners and solution architects.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
