Purchase/Procurement Manager - Food

We are looking for Purchase Manager for esteemed food chain company based in Mumbai.

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Negotiable

Experience: 8-12 Overall, (Min 3 Years as purchase Manager)

Job Description:

- Handle all activities related to procurement of any capital items during regular course of business or new stores which includes SS dead equipments. Live equipments, cold rooms, refrigerated equipments, furniture, Signage, music system, IT, Office automation, HVAC.

- I also handle service agency like pest control, printing fire extinguisher

Job Profile

- Managing procurement and sourcing for all Company material for all stores India

- Interfacing & coordinating with Operation, IT, Projects to ensure smooth functioning of Sourcing operation operations.

- Identifying and developing potential vendors / suppliers

- Negotiating and finalizing Supplier’s rate and terms.

- Making rate & product comparative.

- Overseeing follow-up with vendors for timely deliveries, release schedules, quality checks & ensuring timely payments.

- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members

- Strategic support to existing Vendor base for de-risking and cost competitive

- To manage procurement staff, internal customers and suppliers in a coherent and effective manner.

- Ensuring that all laid down procedures are followed with regards to documents generated in SCM

- Developing substitute vendor for various supplies for effective rates and terms.

- Movement of Store items

Qualification: Min Graduate/ MBA / PGDBA
