Sr. Executive/Executive- Purchase at MANESAR (GURGAON) & BADDI (CHANDIGARH)

We are an Executive Search firm based out of by the name Laksh HR Pvt. Ltd. Noida with expertise in handling assignments at Middle& Senior level management. We also cater to cross section of industries like Engg /Manufacturing, Infrastructure/Real Estate, IT, Media, FMCG& Retail, Telecom, Banking, Insurance& Financial Services.

We have been retained by our client, one the leading FMCG MNC Company as they are looking for Sr. Executive/Executive- Purchase to be based at MANESAR (GURGAON) & BADDI (CHANDIGARH) Location.

Position: Sr. Executive/Executive- Purchase

Location: MANESAR (GURGAON) & BADDI (CHANDIGARH)

CTC: 6.5 L PA

Qualification: MBA /Diploma in Material Management /Post Graduate/ Graduate

Experience: 1-6 YRS

Job Profile:

- To proactively assist the Manager Purchase in procurement.To ensure the dispatch of accessories to Third Party as per requirement of Production Schedule. Monitoring, tracking and being accountable for Third Party logistics and inventory. Accomplish all the above while following ISO processes.

- Timely release of Delivery Schedule to vendors on the basis of Production requirements. Ensure the availability all required accessories at the various Third Party locations. Monitor deliveries and arrange for speedy unloading.

- Ensure the availability all required accessories at the various Third Party locations.Prepare accurate stock reports on weekly / monthly basis and monthly reconciliation. History of work, Tracking of work, Documentation and data updating.

- Independently manage prices for pre-agreed items. To understand the manufacturing process of all RM.

- Track the price trends of key vendor inputs.Timely communication of delivery schedules to vendors.
Control Inventories as per agreed targets

- Track the price trends of key vendor inputs.

- Timely release of delivery schedules, rolling forecasts, etc., to vendors and expedite the same.Accurate and organized documentation. Timely and Accurate MIS. Also provide industry intelligence.Manage Vendor Relationships

- Planning and Scheduling of multiple products across multiple vendors. Purchasing and Negotiating, Negotiation skills, Commercial knowledge, Numerical and analytical skills, MS Excel proficiency
