Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Sourcing:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing aligns with business goals.

Inventory Management:

- Optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing carrying costs.

- Implement inventory control strategies to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

- Analyze historical data to forecast future inventory needs.

Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic planning processes for supply chain optimization.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts.

- Monitor and adjust planning processes based on market trends and business objectives.

Pricing:

- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing strategies.

- Develop and implement effective pricing models.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to set competitive and profitable pricing.

Negotiation:

- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions.

- Evaluate and select vendors based on performance, cost, and quality.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure beneficial terms for the organization.

Logistics:

- Coordinate and optimize transportation and distribution processes.

- Monitor and enhance the efficiency of the supply chain network.

- Address logistics challenges and implement solutions to improve overall performance.

Relationship:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners.

- Collaborate with key clients to understand their unique needs and requirements.

- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration in the B2B supply chain.

Strategy:

- Contribute to the development and execution of supply chain and operations strategies.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

- Align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.

Data Analysis and Excel:

- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights.

- Develop and maintain complex Excel models for data tracking and reporting.

- Present findings and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on supply chain and operations.

- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
