Job Description : 1. To handle all aspects of marketing operations from a day to day perspective.&nbsp; 2. To lead the team below and be responsible for delegation of responsibilities. 3. To work with agencies/partners (creative, media, outdoor, PR) and ensure quality of output from agencies. 4. Responsible for market survey, product mix and pricing strategy. 5. To carry out strategic initiatives and also work in accordance with AOP. 6. To work closely with sales dept. and ensure marketing collaterals and sales aids are developed as per deadlines. 7. To conceptualize and plan events and exhibitions. 8. To keep an updated information on competition and report it to stake holders on regular basis. 9. To take initiatives to have regular internal brainstorming workshops on new methods and avenues for marketing our products.&nbsp; 10. To ensure regular research is done to ascertain brand standing in the marketplace. 11. To carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time. 12. To ensure preparation and submission of MIS Report on Monthly / Quarterly basis.
