Equity Research Analyst (Buy Side family Office) Ahmedabad Location

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Equity Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Equity Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis and providing investment recommendations on a wide range of publicly traded companies. Your insights and reports will play a crucial role in supporting investment decisions and maximizing returns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough fundamental analysis of individual companies across various sectors, including

financial statements, industry trends, competitive landscape, and other relevant factors.

- Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory developments that may impact the performance of companies under coverage.

- Collaborate with senior analysts to develop investment strategies and identify potential investment opportunities.

- Prepare detailed research reports and investment recommendations, including financial models, investment theses, and risk assessments.

- Communicate research findings and investment ideas effectively to internal stakeholders, including portfolio managers, traders, and senior management.

- Attend company meetings, industry conferences, and other relevant events to gather insights and develop a deep understanding of companies and sectors.

- Monitor the performance of companies under coverage, track industry trends, and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.

- Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, sell-side analysts, and other key stakeholders to gather information and validate research findings.

- Continuously evaluate and improve research methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance the quality and efficiency of research outputs.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or CFA designation is preferred.

- Proven experience in equity research, financial analysis, or related roles within the investment industry.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a deep understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and investment principles.

- Up-to-date knowledge of global financial markets, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and contribute to collective goals.

Reports to: Equity Strategist & CFO

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: Fresher are encouraged. Relevant experience will be an added advantage.
