About the Role
- Reporting to the Director of Product i the Product Manager of Offers Management will be responsible for pushing the envelope of the core offers management workflows and APIs powering the loyalty rewards, coupons, and promotion discount capabilities of Punchh.
- You will be responsible for driving the full product lifecycle of various product features within the Punchh platform, including conducting market research, competitive analysis, gathering requirements, developing specifications, working with developers, tracking timelines, producing documentation, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams on driving best practices to help.
- Punchh customers grow their businesses through utilizing the capabilities our software provides. The ideal candidate will have experience in the PIM (product information management), ERP (enterprise resource planning), marketing automation, and/or digital experience software industries.
What You'll Do
- Own product feature development for the Punchh Offers Management platform from requirements definition, project planning, development execution, to general release and impact evaluation.
- Identify, define, and prioritize opportunities for the Punchh Offers Management product roadmap that are in-line with Punchh desired business outcomes.
- Write detailed product specifications, define product UI with the UX team, define and review release plans including pilot programs, end-to-end testing strategy, and go-to-market playbook
- Collaborate with Engineering on technical specifications and lead the team through the product development, validating builds and driving releases to meet target dates
- Be the Offers Management product champion - document product functionality and train the organization on new features, guide marketing / sales in selling your products as the subject matter expert of the value proposition of the Punchh's Offers management capabilities
- Facilitate in data-driven decision making and create the telemetry and metrics required to evaluate the success of the features you launch
What You'll Need
- Experience: 4+ years of Product Management experience in an enterprise B2B/B2B2C SaaS company or a consumer mobile application company, preferably in the food and beverage industries (restaurants, convenience stores, groceries)
- Domain knowledge in building either marketing automation products or software products in the restaurant/convenience/grocery/retail sector
- Strong self-direction: ability to create insights and execute around complex problems and ambiguity in fast-paced, high growth environments
- Ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams and external partners to bring people together around common goals
- Understanding and comfort with both business and technical discussions
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Experience with wire-framing and UX-driven product design
- Experience with leading Scrum/Agile methodology development cycles (JIRA/Confluence preferred)
- Technical knowledge in cloud technologies and APIs, understanding of data Infrastructure and related processes
- Knowledge, passion, and interest in marketing software and the restaurant, convenience, grocery, and retail industries
- Technical background required, MBA is a strong plus
- 20% travel involved
