We are looking for #ForeverFaster Store Planner who can multi-task in Project management &amp; Store designing. This SuperHero will be based at Bangalore but will be exploring various cities (big &amp; small) across South India. BASIC FUNCTION: He/She will be working Closely with the internal Stakeholders to interpret the Brief and to develop design Ideas of the Retail Stores &amp; Shop In Shops in lieu with the brand guidelines (in 2D &amp; 3D). KEY STAKEHOLDERS: - The role reports to Manager - Projects - The role requires to work closely with Area Retail Manager, Regional retail Manager, Regional Visual Merchandising &amp; store teams RESPONSIBILITIES Store Planning : - Do Site survey to make sure all site measurements are taken as per As Built construction. - Submit site survey report with detailed site pics capturing all internal, external pics and other site data. - Prepare basic layout for Store &amp; SIS projects within brand guide lines Using CAD 2D and 3D drawings. - Regularly maintain the internal tracker on the projects done. - Prepare detailed BOQ and the quotations for all on Site GC work &amp; Fixture Order list. - Incorporate adaptations to store design based on regional needs, Concept Head inputs, competition benchmarking, international trends and available budgets. - Constantly identify and experiment with new designs details, fixtures detailing and finishes to provide cost benefits for future designs across all stores. - Periodically visit the ongoing site to ensure appropriate execution and monitor adherence to project schedules, timelines, quality standards, budgets and design specifications. Initiate corrections where deviations are observed. - Maintain complete documentation of project drawings, fixtures assets, sign offs and approvals. - Maintain monthly MIS reports to track project status and capex and regularly update Senior Management and internal teams. - Ensure existing stores are aligned to the new concept designs - Review existing store upkeep for appropriate space planning, fixtures, and enhancement of design and overall customer experience. - Ensure adaptations of new designs in existing stores to align with global guidelines, look and feel. - New stores- Manage the design understanding and execution, fixture development and quality as per the brand standards and within timelines and available budget. Vendor Management : - Constantly identify and develop new vendors for execution of stores and to source fixtures as per design standards. - Ensure vendor rates are in line with market trends and acceptable costs. - Review vendor performance on a periodic basis. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: - Knowledge of Auto CAD, Revit, 3D Max, V-Ray is mandatory - A minimum of 4-6 years of work experience, preferable with with Retail design firm/Large format retail organization
