Puma - Project Manager - S/4 HANA & Digital Solutions

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven member joining our Business Solutions team in our Headquarters in Herzogenaurach. We are looking for a team member that ensures successful delivery of projects and that drives related change. We need you to:

1. Take an influential and leading role in delivering the very ambitious PUMA ERP and digital solutions roadmap

2. Develop our agile project methodology further and coach teams to apply it

3. Build business cases and help define KPIs to ensure fact-based project steering

4. Plan projects addressing their scope, timeline and budget constraints and deliver these within these dimensions while addressing all project risks

5. Ensure alignment of each project within the overall roadmap

6. Coordinate cross-functional, international project team, also being on-site

7. Communicate to all key internal and external stakeholders

8. Hand-over delivered projects to target organizations addressing potential change and ensuring the sustainability of that project.

Qualifications:

1. 5-8 years working experience in a comparable position in an international work environment in the fashion, consumer goods or retail industry or in management consulting

2. Experience in planning and executing software projects including business transformation and change management, ideally experience in SAP implementation projects

3. High proficiency in software-related project management skills (classical project methodology and agile methodology such as Scrum)

4. Excellent analytical and English skills

5. A hands-on and service mindset that drives to perform

6. A team player with strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments

7. Embracing international exposure and willingness to travel
