Job Responsibilities:
1. Initiate, drive and manage IT projects for Europe Retail organization
2. Shape in-store IT solution landscape: new implementations and existing solution improvements
3. Support continuous improvement initiatives for IT solutions in retail stores
4. Participate in support processes for the implemented IT Retail infrastructure solutions and be part of the IT Retail operations team
5. Manage communication and coordination with internal teams and external business partners
6. Maintain internal knowledge database
7. Support and participation in international projects in the area of IT Retail.
Qualifications:

1. Successfully completed studies in the field of IT
2. At least 3 years of work experience
3. At least 1 year experience in Project management (PMP, Agile, 6-Sigma certification is a plus)
4. Experience in retail store connected IT solutions (POS system is a plus)
5. Good understanding of IT systems and current IT trends
6. Proved track records of the projects implemented
7. Good communication skills and strong team player
8. Excellent organizational and documentation skills
9. Fluent in English, other language is a plus.
