POSITION TITLE: Marketing Manager- E Comm
BASIC FUNCTION: The Marketing Manager for E Comm will be responsible for complete analytics and take measures based on analytics which should drive sales for Puma.com and E Commerce.
Responsibility will include strategy formulation to increase traffic through various marketing initiatives, in particular digital marketing and maintain profitability for the Channel through higher sales generation thereafter
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
The role reports to the Business Head - E Commerce
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strategies and campaigns to drive online traffic to the company's website and social media
- Create new keyword search terms and track on-site and offline conversion performance via Google Analytics and other tools
- Improve website's content, propose ideas for increasing website sales, increase traffic to website and ROI
- Create landing pages, add tracking, analyse ROI/conversion, and adjust marketing messaging based on analytics
- Track customer acquisition and improve conversion rates.
- Supervise search engine marketing campaigns, track results, analyse statistics and keep an eye out for new online marketing opportunities.
- Develop and implement general online marketing strategies for the products which lead to increase in sales.
- Ensure timely/accurate performance analysis and reporting of Internet marketing initiatives.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge in search engine marketing, SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, analytics, market research
- Experience in ROI tracking
- Email marketing knowledge (including coding for email)
- Must have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage the success of multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as project and time management skills
- Experience managing affiliate programs, e-commerce, social media, and email marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, Webmasters, Merchant Account, HootSuite, MailChimp
- High comfort level with excel and the ability to use analytical thinking and tools to guide marketing tactics
- Highly-energized and creative thinker
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- A degree in engineering and an MBA, MUST be from a TIER-A Institute
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
