- Responsible for PUMA India's brand recall &amp; community growth across social media channels, along with media planning across marketing campaigns. - Plan, manage, measure &amp; grow social marketing efforts across all key social channels - Deliver brand &amp; business objectives through effective media planning for Marketing campaigns - Ensure cohesive &amp; aspirational brand image and voice across social channels Objectives:&nbsp; Social Media:&nbsp; - Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals - Grow audience and engagement by delivering fully integrated social activations across channels - Maximize purchase intent and traffic to PUMA.com from Social communities - Plan and execute monthly social calendars, working together with various internal departments - Track social performance metrics weekly and monthly; Identify actionable insights &amp; best practices for brand &amp; content teams - Monitor social trends &amp; sentiment to proactively leverage opportunities for growth and engagement - Own Community Management across channels, including responding to questions &amp; engaging in conversation - Work with internal creative team &amp; external digital agency for ideation &amp; creation of impactful activations - Build tracking links for all links driven from social channels - Stay up to date on social media platforms including new platforms, new features, and new ad units - Ensure clear and consistent voice and tonality of the brand across media - Have a strong feel of the channel and audience pulse, and conceptualize social activations which will have a lasting impact Media Planning : - Understand &amp; leverage the dynamic landscape of digital channels, emerging platforms, and audiences, to drive media plans for marketing campaigns - Work closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure consistent and impactful campaign execution - Manage promotions for digital marketing campaigns and coordinate with partners for execution - Ensure that the budget spent in all channels is in line with the Brand &amp; ROI targets - Constantly test, optimize and analyze campaigns and projects based on metrics KPIs : - Growth in social community size, engagement &amp; brand recall - Incremental online traffic and sales from social channels - Targets achieved through effective media planning &amp; execution for marketing campaigns - Actionable insights derived from social channels, to support brand and content teams - Effective project management to prioritize and manage business goals What are we looking for? - Minimum 2 years of experience in a social media / digital marketing role - Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management - Extremely KPI focused, result-oriented, and improvement-driven mindset - Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment - Strong understanding of social media best practices &amp; trends (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Snapchat) - Passion and knowledge about sports, sneakers, culture, and Indian digital environment is a plus - Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Effective time management and project management skills
