Puma - Assistant Manager - Planning - Wholesale Channel

In this role, you will be responsible for overall sales and inventory planning for wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing sales plan for customers under wholesale with business head

- Plan purchases of inventory and communicate the same to merchandising and supply planning team

- Co-ordinate with supply planning team to ensure proper old-season inventory management

- Maintaining right amount of inventory to achieve sales

- Driving targeted stock turn by actively releasing non-required inventory

- Working closely with the merchandising teams to ensure the purchasing plan is aligned with the sales plan

- Continuous improvement of above processes using automation

- Identify risks in terms of sales and inventory for taking required actions

- Planning for customer returns

Required qualifications:

- 2-4 years of overall experience

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in retail/FMCG/eCommerce

- Advanced knowledge of Excel

Preferred qualifications:

- Work experience in retail, especially fashion industry

- Experience in managing process improvement and digitalization projects

- On hand knowledge of SAP

- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
