1. Go To Market strategy on operations consulting

2. Lead consulting practice and deliver business objectives through ADAPT & AGILE method, GTM strategy to improve share and global footprints

3. Co-create digital customer solution for the key banking, Media or customer professional clients

4. Develop and execute strategic business transformation initiatives

5. Define business roadmap and own end to end delivery of business KRAs and client expectation

6. Deploy best practices for business and operational excellence within an organization, with a board understanding of digital solution framework

7. Should have managed RFIs/RFPs for Ops consulting within largest organizations.

8. Atleast 3 out of the following skills:

- Operations Consulting

- Six Sigma Black Belt or master black belt

- Design Thinking Practitioner

- Artificial Intelligence Robotics Process Automation
