Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Strategy:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).

- Craft engaging content calendars aligned with company goals and event schedules.

- Create and curate high-quality content (text, images, videos) to engage target audiences on social media.

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns, measure performance, and identify growth opportunities.

- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to implement effective strategies.

Event Marketing & Promotion:

- Develop and implement social media strategies specifically for event promotion and engagement.

- Generate excitement and anticipation by creating compelling content and visuals for upcoming events.

- Manage social media coverage during events, including live updates, audience interaction, and brand promotion.

- Analyze event-related social media data to assess impact and identify areas for improvement.

Communication & Collaboration:

- Maintain clear communication with clients and vendors regarding social media initiatives.

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (design, marketing, events) to ensure consistency and optimize social media efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor/masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with a focus on content creation and campaign management.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and target audiences.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.

- Experience in event management and social media promotion for events is a plus.

- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

- Strong analytical skills to measure and track campaign performance.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
