Job Title: Public Market Manager - Government Key Accounts - Healthcare Market
Reports to: Sales Manager- Specialty Care
Experience:
- Knowledge and experience of working with government accounts and hospitals
- Knowledge of tender documentation
- At least 8+ years- experience in managing end-to- end government accounts
Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities :
- End-to- end management of key government accounts (central and state government) / tender business in a specific geography
- Builds relationships with key stakeholders (influencers, opinion leaders, decision makers) and optimises funding & access of products in these accounts
- Engages physicians within accounts to convey the value of products and increases sales
Responsibilities :
- Develops strategies to deal with local tendering environment and concrete plans to deal with emerging procurement and tendering groups as well as purchasing groups in government hospitals
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues to develop Public market strategy and concise engagement plans to build trusted and strategic relationships with key stakeholders (customers, influencers, opinion leaders) and optimise funding and access of Medical products
- Identifies and segments government accounts by strategic importance and then develops deep insight into their needs
- Identifies the drivers and barriers to usage of Medical products; plans and implements actions to drive approval for use of products within accounts and inclusion on government protocols/guidelines
- Builds and Executes the Plans and facilitates interactions with all roles interacting with the account and ensures consistency
- Develops and delivers win-win value propositions and supporting tools to key stakeholder within each account
- Tracks the execution and impact of activities and performance of all government accounts
- In coordination with Marketing and Market Activation teams, engages physicians within accounts to convey the value of portfolio
Preferred Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the market, competitor knowledge by way of working in any of the Competitor companies
- Relationships with key stakeholders in government hospitals/ accounts
