PSP Projects - Plant Manager/Head - Precast

Job Description :

The Plant Head shall be responsible for the overall operations and profitability of the precast concrete manufacturing facility. They shall oversee all aspects of production, sales, finance, and human resources to ensure the factory meets or exceeds its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the precast factory to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability

- Develop and implement annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for the factory

- Manage all production operations, including procurement of raw materials, scheduling, quality control, and delivery

- Oversee sales and marketing efforts to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships

- Manage the factory's financial performance, including monitoring costs, revenues, and profitability

- Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of production, engineering, and administrative staff

- Ensure the factory complies with all relevant safety, environmental, and industry regulations

- Represent the factory in meetings with customers, suppliers, and industry organizations

- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the factory's competitiveness

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field

- Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in the precast concrete or construction materials industry

- Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a manufacturing environment

- Strong understanding of precast concrete production processes, quality control, and supply chain management

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and project management.
