This role supports the implementation of the risk framework within PruGlobal including but not limited to policy framework, controls attestation, risk reporting, risk assessments, on-going monitoring activity, reporting to senior stakeholders and effectively overseeing enterprise-wide risks across the business areas in PruGlobal.   Accountabilities/Responsibilities :   - To provide guidance and advice, partnering with the business on management of material risks across the business including consideration of risk in business planning process and change initiatives  - To ensure embedding of and compliance with regulatory requirements as well as compliance with risk appetites, management guidelines, standards and policies  - To understand external business standards, sharing best practice and implementing interventions where required  - To implement and maintain the risk framework including reporting  - To produce in depth reports / deep dives, MI packs and risk trending analyses  - To work with the business to ensure the right outcomes for customers  - Work with colleagues across locations within the Risk function and the wider Business to ensure that Prudential UK and its subsidiaries operate within an effective risk management framework  - Develop good working relationships with Business stakeholders and Staff at functional levels to ensure efficient clearance of issues   - Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodology across Risk and work flexibly in support ofthe wider Risk agenda  - Compliance - To understand and adhere to Prudential's Code of Conduct and, where appropriate,comply with all relevant regulatory policies.
