- An understanding of basic Double entry Accounting and good understanding of financial reconciliations and banking operations.

- Knowledge of Data Protection Act and Money Laundering.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel / MS Access / TLM / PeopleSoft Finance.

Knowledge And Skills: (Desirable)

- Interaction with Customer services and various Financial institution and Banks.

- Strong facilitation & influencing skills

- Customer complaint handling skills

- Good product knowledge across a specified range.

- Knowledge of Advanced excel application and its functions preferred.

- Good knowledge of processes and systems Eg. contract systems, receipts and payment systems and direct debit systems, HSBC.net.

Education, Qualifications Necessary:

- Bachelors/Post graduate Degree in Commerce.
