Reporting: Operations Head

We are looking to hire a senior leader to handle B2C operations.

Key requirements:

- Requirement 1: Should have seen scale of > 3000 orders/day (Single brand or multiple brand) on Flipkart and Amazon (Must)

- Requirement 2: Should be a less than a month/ one month/ Ideally immediate joiner. Okay to buy out the notice period if needed

- Requirement 3: should be good with analytics & data handling (very good with excel skills). A capability test will be taken.

What is the largest data set that you handled?

50,000 SKUs data analysis (rows) and 100 columns

How would you rate yourself on excel skills on a scale of 1-10? What are the 3 most complex analyses that you have done in excel?

CTC: Upto Rs 10 L/annum

It's an e-commerce operations role and not a listing and cataloguing role.

The person would have handled a large operations team for b2c and will come from a pedigree.

Ideal Candidate: B.Tech + MBA + Min 4 years of work experience

Role:

- Problem solver and RCA (root cause analysis) capabilities

- Team Management (Manpower Agency, Picker-packer hiring strategy, Supervisor, e-commerce managers team building)

- Platforms KPIs/Service Levels management - Manage Reattempt rate, Fast-fulfilment rate, returns rate, seller cancellations etc.

- Know-how of various b2c e-commerce models (F-assured/SMART fulfilment, Seller Flex, Cloudtail, FBF etc)

- Should have a working knowledge of B2B operations as well
