Provident Fund Analyst - CA/CS

Job Description :

a. Understand and interpret regulations for managing Provident Fund (PF) as per guidelines issued by EPFO

b. liaison with EPFO / RPFC / PFRDA offices for discussions / clarifications regarding guidelines and additional circulars that may be issued periodically

c. Work closely with the fund management team to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

d. Work closely with Risk / Compliance team for setting up limits in the automated systems

e. Understand cash flow - overall inflows including dividends, redemptions, etc.

Qualification & Experience-

a. Having worked with entities in the retirement field: for eg: Darashaw, India Life, Mercer, etc.

b. Educational background - CA / CS

c. Audit background may help

d. Experience in understanding and Interpretation of circulars as issued periodically by regulators

e. Years of experience 5 - 10 years
