You shall be instrumental in contributing towards our growth by identifying top potential talent for the organization. You shall collaborate with our business leaders to develop an effective strategy with deep knowledge of our businesses and marketplace as a trusted advisor.
What will you be responsible for?
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Sourcer to support our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent for various positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, job boards, networking, referrals) to identify potential candidates.
- Provide market insights to the organization on the changing hiring trends
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and job fit.
- Engage with passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide timely and insightful feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market intelligence to enhance sourcing strategies.
- Be the first point of contact from Talent Acquisition to identify and shortlist candidates
Who are we looking for?
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to network and engage with candidates
- 4-8 years of talent sourcing experience with knowledge of latest technologies
- Bachelors/ Master's degree in any discipline
- Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
