Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Team Lead/ Manager HRBP at Provana.

The role will involve handling HR policies, employee relations, labor and employment law compliance, and performance management on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

- HR Policy Development & Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and comply with relevant labor laws.

- Communicate these policies effectively to employees.

- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues.

- Labor & Employment Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor and employment laws and regulations.

- Stay up-to-date on changes in legislation and best practices.

- Manage audits and legal inquiries.

- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

- Provide training and support to managers on performance management best practices.

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.

- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance.

- HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS management.

- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.

- Prepare reports on key HR metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with other departments and stakeholders to address HR-related issues and support business objectives.

- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in HR Policies and Human Resources (HRBP)

- Strong background in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law

- Demonstrated skills in Performance Management

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
