Job Description :
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Identifying your organization's needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Partnering with leaders (at Global level) within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
- Managing a team of more than 10 people.
- Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business
- Tracking of Recruitment reports, Dashboards and Recruiter data and performance reports
- Create and present KPI reports
