Role Purpose: To be a generalist human resource with main focus on recruitments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Management of recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements through various channels viz: reference, networking, job portals, direct sourcing and headhunting.
- Effective utilization of channels like Job Portals (Naukri.com, Monster etc.), Job Posting, Mass Mailing, References and Head Hunting
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process
- Handle induction of the new joinees
- Coordinate and handle HR initiatives around people development, employee engagement etc.
Desired Profile:
Education: Full time MBA or PGDM in HR from reputed institute.
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in generalist profile with key focus on recruitment.
Skills/ Knowledge Areas:
- Excellent communication – written as well as verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of job portals and other networking sites
