Protiviti - Manager/Senior Manager - Internal Audit - Legal/Regulatory & Compliance

Role: Internal Audit & Risk Advisory (Legal, regulatory and compliance function)

Designation: Manager | Senior Manager

Compliance: Candidates with IA of compliance function

- Design / setup of compliance function; Telecom sector experienced will have added advantage.

- Experience in doing similar activity in multiple countries

Compliance Review:

- Setting Up meetings/Process Understanding with key stakeholders in regard to compliance reviews, Field Work and Data analytics pertaining to areas mentioned in the regulations

- Any other areas as may be suggested by client (compliance team or management team)

- Action plans (Preventive, Corrective etc.) alignment with Key stakeholders

- Drafting of Compliance reports with respect to regulatory violations

Master Compliance List & Register:

- Research on various platforms for regulations within countries

- Create / update the list of applicable regulations to client

- Create / update the compliance register in line with the regulations identified

Design of process / Policies:

- Review the existing document and coordinate with relevant teams for updating the policies.

- Benchmark with international best practices and update the existing policy document.
