Protiviti - Manager - Enterprise Risk Management & Internal Audit - Telecom Sector

Job Description:

The Manager has a responsibility to work on handling and managing tasks assigned by reporting manager relating to Enterprise Risk Management and internal audit projects within the TMT industry. He shall have direct, client-facing engagement responsibilities.

In addition, the Manager shall also be involved in business development, including identifying new opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals, as necessary.

The resource should have good understanding of risks and controls, and have experience in conducting Enterprise Risk Management projects including working on ERM frameworks, ERM policies and procedures, preparing risk registers etc. Finance knowledge will be an added advantage.

The resource should demonstrate attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in developing technical and professional competency.

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS

- Chartered Accountant / MBA

- 4+ years post qualification experience, with experience in IA and ERM engagements.

- Finance and Accounting skills.

- Proficient in working on ERP environment (Oracle / SAP etc.)

- Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce / Business Management

- Working knowledge of ISO 31000: 2018 or ERM COSO Framework 2017 would be an added advantage

- TMT (Telecom) industry experience would be an added advantage.

- Open to travel on short assignments

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- Ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships and understand the client's business and project requirements.

- Understanding of business processes and technical skills to successfully develop effective solutions and complete project assignments.

- Understanding of risk. Experience in working on ERM projects - building ERM framework, risk registers, Risk policies and procedures.

- Should be able to identify business and strategic risks which can be modeled.

- Sound project management and job administration skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact in a team environment.

- Excellent written communication skills & strong analytical skills.

- Excellent presentation skills - developing presentations and proposals.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- Experience in ERM and Internal Audit.

- Good understanding of accounting standards.

- Experience in working in ERP environment (Oracle / SAP);

- Knowledge of internal auditing processes and methodologies, including flowcharting.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.

ABILITY TO TRAVEL

Travel required based on client requests/commitments.
