Market Opportunity & Mission : Indians are hugely 'under-invested' - only 8% of total household wealth is held in stocks & mutual funds, while 51% is held in cash, bank deposits, insurance policies etc. Our product will help any Indian, irrespective of his/her net worth, build an investment portfolio customized to his/her goals & risk profile. We aim to serve 5 million middle-class Indians as paying customers by 2030, out of the 160 million addressable user base earning between Rs.5 lakhs & 50 lakhs. Key Responsibilities : The ideal candidate is passionate about building an intuitive technology product that will have huge impact on millions of users and is committed to joining an early-stage venture for faster career growth. This requires a willingness to work very hard and take on whatever role is needed to help the company grow. We will offer a significant wealth creation opportunity through stock options. - Help develop the 1st full version of the product while working with a lean, cross-functional founding team of business, engineering & design staff - Evaluate competitive products and user needs to develop a product roadmap for the company - Set up product management processes that help us achieve our roadmap ahead of time Skills / Required Experience : - 5-10 years of total experience, of which at least 3 years should be in a product management role for a B2C consumer internet product company - Passion for the domain of wealth management & investing - Experience as a start up founder or early employee would be highly valued - Excellent communication skills
