Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are met.
- Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, overseeing sales operations, coaching team members, forecasting sales performance, and reporting to senior management.
- The Sales Manager will also be involved in market research and analysis to stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales and Real Estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
