What Does This Role Hold For You :
- Devise, execute and manage search engine optimization (SEO) for digital assets such as websites, mobile sites, applications, videos and social media platforms, and drive increased value from search engines
- Implement optimized titles, meta tags, internal linking & content optimization for all website pages
- Undertake Off-Page activities that include submissions on classifieds, directories, social bookmarks, forums and reviews
- Work with the development teams to improve site structure, optimize page layout, and indexing and rankings
- Improve Rankings of product on mobile platforms with Mobile SEO strategies
- Take full ownership of websites performance in organic search
- Identify areas of improvement & opportunities in natural search
- Strategize link building and recommendations for upcoming keywords and business insights
- Decipher search engine algorithm through small/controlled/measurable experiment
- Social media viral marketing on personalized search platforms
- Manage team and help them grow. Build understanding & train teams on SEO best practices to be followed within the organization
- Report on the overall SEO health of our key digital assets and competitions ongoing basis
- Monitor and report on organic search metrics and analyze trends
- Generate reports with tools like Advanced Web Ranking, Inspyder, Google webmaster tools or similar Organic tools
- Create flow documents, specifications & guidelines
- Create search engine and human friendly content for new pages, blogs and article.
- Coordinating with Designers, Programmers & Content Writers regarding changes required in the sites
Apply If You Have :
- Degree (MBA) or Diploma(PGDM) in Marketing Management(Preferable)
- Overall 9-13 yrs and relevant experience of 8-10 years in executing SEO for large brands having dynamic content
- Proven track record of delivering tangible results on visibility, traffic and conversions
- Solid understanding of search engine ranking factors, algorithms, site architectures and strategies
- Expertise in all areas of SEO including strong technical skills (html, scripting, programming, site architecture and content management systems)
- Experience in managing relevant SEO Tools
- Ability to anticipate or quickly react to ever changing search engine landscape and algorithms by staying on top of current search engine news, trends, practice and social triggers
- Ability to utilize social media such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+, blogs and articles to influence search engine visibility
- Strong understanding of web analytics and ability to derive meaningful insights for creation of organic search strategies
- Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills
- Good Team Management and account handling skills
