What does this role hold for you.??
- Drive the organization wide Performance Management process encapsulating goal setting, quarterly performance check-ins, mid-year performance and annual performance reviews.
- Drive discussions with the Leadership Team members and various other functional heads on setting the goals for the financial year.
- Suggest and implement process improvements & re-engineering of existing organization processes that help people productivity.
- Drive organization wide performance management initiatives.
- Partnering HR Technology team on system configuration and enhancements to performance management module.
- Work closely with business and functions to drive ongoing R&R initiatives.
- Conceptualize, design, and implement R&R initiatives which will make maximum impact and help foster a high-performance and high-engagement culture.
- Responsible for data analytics for various HR initiatives across employee lifecycle.
- Not be limited to the horizons of a job description and work towards building a great workplace.

- Conceptual clarity of HR concepts equipped with an MBA in Human Resources with 5 to 7 years of experience.
- In depth experience of designing and ideating Performance Management and Rewards and recognition practices.
- An ability to connect dots and propose out-of-the-box HR solutions.
- An ability to find solutions quickly and have the capability to drive things to closure
- Strong analytical skills with prior experience of working on HR reports and analytics.
- Strong command on language, written as well as spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high on energy.
- Worked in a fast-paced culture
