JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Keep track of the market and gather regular intelligence on key developments in market and competition
- Pro-actively track global comparables and identify interesting innovations and winning strategies
- Work closely with business leaders to identify the scope for internal initiatives including new revenue streams, team structures, processes and controls
- Work with leadership team in formulating long term business strategies and plans
- Identify organic as well as inorganic growth opportunities, present concrete plans to the management and take ownership of implementing them
- Coordinate with consultants, accountants, lawyers, bankers, investors and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective implementation of various initiatives
- Identify strategic tie-up opportunities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to bring them to reality
- Work with CEO and CFO and support them in investor pitches, interactions and negotiations
DESIRED PROFILE:
- MBA from top B school
- 1-3 years work experience in consulting/Strategy or similar role
- Strong passion for out of box ideas and a drive to see them through implementation
- Ability to work with unstructured data/information and draw meaningful conclusions to take smart business decisions
- Capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of the overall real-estate landscape, value drivers and levers of change
- A thorough understanding of financial statements, investments, valuations, term
- Prior experience in M&A, due diligence, transaction advisory or similar roles will be an advantage
