- Be a responsible for several people metrics, reporting, and analytics
- Connect with the required people and stakeholders in gathering feedback pertaining to people processes
- Present the findings of the feedback analysis to leaderaship team on a periodic/quarterly/annual basis
- Be a catalyst in identifying business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the processes or programs
- Be the custodian of maintaining and ensuring quality assurance of key HR data, reports, and metrics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders / SMEs across HR function (learning and development, talent acquisition, talent management, payroll & compliance) to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight
