- Create framework, processes and policies for all HR processes
- Be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing and evaluating the Performance Management System
- Drive Goal Setting process in alignment with Business objectives
- Be responsible for end to end management of the RnR Program for Pan India BUs
- Process improvements & re-engineering of existing Org Processes pertaining to performance
- Be a responsible for several performance metrics, reporting, and analytics

- Preferably an MBA with 0-4 years of experience, so 2014/ 2015/2016/2017 batch will be ideal
